Of course. Tell us about their personality, routine and anything they find tricky, along with any health or care needs. We can talk through whether the care you’re considering is a good fit for your dog.
What should I bring for their stay?
Ask us to confirm what to bring when arranging your dog’s care. Let us know about their usual food, medication and any favourite comforts so we can discuss what they’ll need before they arrive.
How do I arrange drop-off and collection?
Include your preferred drop-off and collection times in your enquiry. We’ll need to agree the arrangements with you before a booking is confirmed, including the duration and details of your chosen care option.
